Malaysians Seek Legal Action for Health Issues After Vaccination

KUALA LUMPUR: A medical professional and seven other Malaysians have filed a class action lawsuit, seeking RM60 million in damages from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the World Health Organization (WHO), alleging serious health complications and fatalities from the Covid-19 vaccine.
Writ of Summons Filed on October 23
The lawsuit, filed on October 23 by the law firm Messrs Mohamad Zainuddin & Co, involves individuals aged between 26 and 77. The legal action names 25 defendants, including the Malaysian government and WHO.
Government Figures and WHO Director-General Named in Lawsuit
Defendants in the case include former prime ministers Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, as well as the current and past Health Ministers, police officials, and other key government figures.
