Man Known for His Solitude
KUALA LUMPUR: A man in Taman OUG is facing accusations of killing his elderly mother and keeping her body in a freezer for three years. Neighbours say he was a quiet and solitary figure, rarely seen or heard.
Limited Appearances Recently
One neighbour, who preferred not to be named, shared that the man, who is in his 50s, had only been observed leaving his house on a few occasions in the past two weeks. “He goes out in his car and comes back after a while, probably just to get food,” the neighbour said.
Avoiding the Community
Residents of the area, some of whom have lived there for over 50 years, described the man as someone who kept to himself. “He doesn’t talk to anyone,” one neighbour remarked.
The Elderly Mother’s Mysterious Absence
Neighbours also mentioned that the elderly mother had not been seen for a while. Another resident noted that the house was often dark, and speculated that the man might have suffered a stroke. “We assumed he had some health issues,” she explained.
Murder Investigation by Police
The police were alerted to the situation on Tuesday when the suspect contacted them himself. Authorities are now treating the case as a murder investigation.
